Why a direct lender

Banks lend on paperwork. We lend on the deal.

Decisions from the source

You speak with the partners who fund the loan. There is no broker and no committee between you and an answer.

The asset comes first

We place the greatest weight on the property itself. Prior short sales, foreclosures and bankruptcies are acceptable when at least two years old.

Flexible collateral

Equity in other properties can be cross-collateralized to provide the full funding a project requires.

Experience on both sides

Our partners bring more than 40 years of combined experience buying, building, renovating and financing real estate.

Process

From contract to closing.

  1. 1

    Submit the deal

Share the property, purchase price, renovation budget and after-repair value through our form or on a call.

  2. 2

    Review terms

We evaluate the property and your plan and return with loan terms for your consideration.

  3. 3

    Close

With clear title, we can close in as few as five business days and fund your renovation.
